If I remember right there was some dude in AW that had at least 5 clocks, maybe more, on his cpu desk to keep track of all of the downtimes to the exact second.  Can't remember who it was though...

As a WidowMaker squad member I need to let all know....
That Scrap will be reprimanded for being a Little General / Admiral,
We do not tolerate actual planning, vulching is our way of life, we prefer the FH's up to keep our thrills.
We require the VH down to eliminate the possibility of getting hit by GV's as we lamely circle the field looking for the next worthy opponent/victim, preferably a 2 weeker, as who the heck wants to be shot back at?
We will put together a missun, letting all non members of the squad to take lead and put out the ack, and die shamelessy as we shamelessly giggle on squad vox...
We will hang our heads in mock shame if the missun doesn't actually capture the base as we run like puppy dogs to land our kills and get the wtg's we so deserve.....
But actual planning beyond how many lemmings we need in the missun, is forbidden...
He has lost all sheep pen privileges for January.....

It really is that simple.

DO NOT:

A)  Knock out all FHs when a CAP is in place

B)  Knock out FHs wthout hitting the VH first

C)  Swarm over a field, doin nuthin, with ack and VH up untill the next wave comes in to drop the FHs (BIG NO-NO)

Thankyou, class dismissed.

Funny there Teach, you fergot (spit) the Manned Ack (spit), whoops I hit yer foot with some chaw.  You're a genius Scrap. :aok

Last thing I need is "class" on how to capture fields.  How self serving can one be?  Lute, smack his prettythang around for me please.

Knocking out dar is completely unecessary.  Consider it optional, and a decision to be made according to taste and artistic approach.  :D

Ahem...

btw I posted this here b/c I know most seasoned vets in the MA don't look at the training/help forum... and there are way too many cases lately where a based is doomed for lack-there-of capture with a mindless air presence loitering around while the newcomers just drop the FHs when things like MANNED ACK, ACK, VH... ETC are up.

Why does "bring eggs" suddenly translate to "drop the FHs" anymore?

Self serving?  Bah!  I spend most of my time on fire in furballs and defending capped fields anymore.

1. The harder is to supply a base, the more is a possibility of having field strat killed right before the capture.

2.a Does not matter how long friendlies attack the field, when you reach the field, acks are up.
2.b. If field acks down, they will respawn the very moment you are flying over them.
2.c. If manned acks up, they always choise YOU as a target.
2.d. Acks always kill you with the very first ping.

3. 4 of 5 buffs who bomb fields has a secret task of dropping bombs without killing anything.
3.a. If bombers hit something on the field, it is something useless for defenders, and will be needed 1 second after the field capture for your side.
3.b. Bombers always bomb field, when they shall bomb town, and bomb town when field needs to be shut down.
3.c. Buff pilots never miss undestructable buildings, and always miss vh.

4.a. If town is down, no one will bring goons. If town is up, it will be 4 goons flying around it.
4.b. If troops dropped, buildings will be up right in time to ruin capture.

5.a When you are in tiger, first 500lb drop will kill you, even if you move, change direction, and under a trees. If enemy is in tiger, it will stay alive after 4 friendly lancs salvo 14 drops, even if it stands still on the open, and guy is afk for coffee.
5.b Then he will get back to computer right in time to kill you.

6. Skuzzy reset server when your side is about to win.

7. The more kills you get, the more is a possibility that people will think it was a good fat vulch.

LMAO so true.

oh and dont forget 8.

If a feild is moments away from being capturd and no enemy GVs are up some friendly is going to come in and needlessly kill VH. and/or FHs dispite pleas to not do so

Immediately after capture all friendlies will go someplace else and the feild will promptly be recaptured because nobody will bother to stick around to defend the base against the 1 enemy aircraft and 1 lone M3 that just spawned in
