Poll: Razor or Shaver?
« Reply #30 on: January 13, 2005, 11:40:16 AM »
I got one of the Brauns with the automatic cleaner...suffered with it for a couple of months, then sold it.  It never stopped irritating the hell out of my face and giving me nasty razor burn.  Ouch.  When I do shave now, I think it's a Mach 3.
Three Times One Minus One.  Dayum!

I'm with Karaya and Saintaw on this one, in the shower, no shaving cream.

As far as the razor?....whatever-the-hell my wife uses. Gave up trying to have my own razor a few years ago.

Add to poll:

do you shave daily?

it takes me at least 2-3 days to grow enough facial hair to shave properly. even then there are parts of my face no hair grows at all no matter what.

this at 31 years old.

i am 1/8 cherokee indian, so i assume that's where the patchy light facial hair comes in.
I don't know what to put here yet.

I could almost do with shaving twice a day.

As for razor, depends on how tired I am. If I'm in a hurry, electric shaver. Don't particularly like it though. Feels like it's tearing the hair off my cheeks. As long as I've got the time, Mach3 Power for the face & a braun electric trimmer for the goatee & sideburns.

My entire morning routine at this point needs to be charged. Shaver, trimmer, toothbrush, dryer, etc, etc..

I just take off all the attachments of the beard/mustache trimmer and use that. I have a beard so there isn't a whole lot I have to shave.
