Starting last week I noticed that after clicking the online button and going to the arena menu I have no ping values listed. I only see -- (two dashes) next to each arena. I usually see 60 to 90 for arenas.
AH Ping plotter will show packets sent, no packets received and equal number of packets lost.
Entering the MA the first thing I see in the text buffer is "not receiving updates switching to TCP". After that the game works normally except for vox. No vox what so ever, transmitting or receiving.
Net status is a little jagged on both lines but no large spikes.
The above is present with ZoneAlarm on and off, Norton off. Before and after relogs and reboots.
We got snow here last week and this is about the time I noticed the problems start. I know in the past that heavy weather was concurrent with AH net status problems.

various spyware programs run and results deleted

What other information would I need to post to track down the problem?
