Actually the fact that you do not understand this term is an indication that you have a serious lack of reading in your life. Do yourself a favor and look for the book, A Hitchikers Guide To The Galaxy. The author's name has already been posted in this thread. It's a good and funny read. Try it, you might like it.

I believe the 2 words, don't panic, are directly taken from the novel as they play a major part in the book. The picture "looks" like it might be from one of the cover illustrations of the same book. Other than that, you're right, there is no relationship whatsoever to the book.
