There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Yeah, I can't wait......I'm made that they made it a late game instead of 1pm or something.

I really am wanting to see the Colts/ Patriots game too.

Lucky Dog!

I get to watch the 8PM games at home on the big screen, but I'm still upset I cant watch the Steelers trounce the Jets.

Every game this weekend will be a great game, It seems like the fans really got a great season and post this year!

Rothlisberger was sucking his thumb before the game.  Stillers may be in trouble.

Dude. That's why they're playing the game, because the Jets have something to say about the outcome. Like Coach Cowher says, it's a one game season now.

I love the Steelers, but they are due for a loss. The Jets played well against them before.

It's going to be a tough game imho.

What a Game!

I held my breath for the entire Jets Drive, Missed FG, then the Pic, and the second Jets Drive, and the second missed FG.

I expected to come home and this thread be three pages like the Chargers Jets game. Oh Well.

Jets did great, but for a team to win they have to score Offensive Touchdowns as well :p

Steelers won, but they sure didnt look like the team that beat the Patriots earlier this year.  They got lucky today, pure and simple.  I was rooting for them the whole way, but man I didnt think they were going to pull it off.

And of course my Rams were embarrassed by Atlanta.  No, take that back.  They got bent over and SPANKED.  HUMILIATED.  They didnt even look like they wanted to play after the first half.  I felt so sorry for Marshall Faulk, he just looked lost.  Not to mention the fans that have supported them all year.  What a letdown.

If it was Chargers v Steelers, I think the outcome would have been very different. Pittsburg showed they have a great offensive line, but Rathelsglarbleskiwhateverberg has a long, long way to go. The Jets just looked tired and worn out.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Not really; they only gave up 3 points on defense. Every time the defense had to suck it up and go out there and stuff the Jets, they did it. In the playoffs, defense is king and luck is the lady in waiting. The guy on the kick return made one hellacious cut; nice play. The Dooce looked pretty damn good out there too, y'know. The Jets got lucky to be close enough to win it, IMO (but I wouldn't want to rely every week on a kicker missing TWO tries in the last two minutes).

Regardless of what he said in the previous week, Roethlisberger was nervous, and it showed. He played like a noob and his team bailed him out.

No they didn't, twice they let the jets get in field goal range to win the game in the final minutes

The Jet's kicker bailed them out, big time.

Steelers emptied my pockets. Gambling is bad, mmmmkay?

Eh. I'll give you the first one, grudgingly; that drive was 43 yards, but they did stop the Jets far enough out to make the field goal a tough one. The second possession was 11 yards in 5 plays. Can't ask for much more.

Well, yeah. I wouldn't want to have to depend EVERY week on a guy missing two within the last two minutes! Still, I'll take that defensive effort into next week any day, and trust the offense to play better.

Oh; gambling is BAD, very very BAD. Unless you win, then it wasn't gambling, it was skillful analysis of the odds.

Yeah, I gave 8.5 points, was up quick by 1.5 and looking good....

Got to give the Jets credit, I thought the Steelers were going to dominate. That second miss by the Jets kicker was unreal, the Steelers were giving the game to them and they gave it back.
