Well I changed like as some may know my Thermaltake 420W psu for a true Blue antec one , well at first it all worked well no hitches it fired up well enough. Thing is now I'm getting slow down in mst 3d games hiccups from time to time just doing normal windo tasks,had one while I had the air conditioning on so I don't think it might be het related as my CPU was around 39C and system was at 35C when it happened, could it be a trojan or something that I have installed though I have not installed anything except some driver updates, and it was doing the hiccups still, just the randomly rebooting part is what's new. So I'm very confused could this new better PSU be causing this since I had none of that with the suppossedly damaged PSU ?

If you replaced a power supply that went bad, there is a good chance some component damage occurred when the old power supply went bad.
Typically, some capacitors will take the brunt of the damage when a power supply goes bad, depending on how the supply went bad.

That is the worst case scenario. Some file corruption may have occurred when the old supply went bad, and a simple reformant and installation of the operating may cure it. It is usually a good idea to this when you have to replace a power supply.
It is about the only way to know, for sure, if other components may need to be replaced.

I see, I did have one HD that randomly appeared in windows from time to time me suspecting it was the power problem as the BIOS deteetcs it fine and so can windows install set up but it cannot access last time It did boot fine in windows was before I had to replace my PSU but I tried accessing it from windows setup and it says it can't get to it ,are there any diagnostic tools online , that lets me acess the drive and do some diagnostics as windows doesn't see it Win xp ATM but the Bios detects it fine.

Not only that but when I got home today my screen is flickering now , don't know what it is but only happens in windows, in 3d games however it doesn't flicker at all.

Another thing what were the best drivers for the ATI 9500 Pro for Win XP.

I like the Catalyst 4.12 drivers.

Typically, the manufacturer of the hard drive will have some type of diagnostic program.
