Lute
« on: January 20, 2005, 07:40:12 PM »
I have flown with Lute for about 6 years now.  I have been flying since AWII on AOL.  Many of you have probably seen me up a few times but most of you probably don't know who I am.  I, like Charon said, have flown for rank a lot in the past.  The last two years prior to this year I was consistently ranked in the top 50 each camp.  I only mention this to give some merit to my word.  Lute is one of the finest pilots flying in the Virtual skies.  I have been taking time away to finish up my 2 undergrad degrees...but I got an e-mail saying that there was to be some sort of aireal scuffle...so I am getting my arse up and flying again.  Charon, Lute is definately a Type I flyier as am I.  He is consistently, as most of the rest of us old-timers are, flying to some overwhelmed base for defense.  I have no doubt about your flying skills just as I have no doubt about Lute's,  but I am gonna blast your arse outta the sky      LOL naw just kidding...I suck right now, but I will be there on Mon. the 24th to support my squaddie.  See ya in sights then!  :aok

I have no problem with that. His tossing out insults to me and a number of others when he didn't know me and I didn't know him got me a little irked. But, he does seem to walk the walk. It's not many rank type flyers who would take a chance on something like KOTH or the dueling ladder. Learn something new each day.

BTW, I will probably be flying on your side Monday :) All I want from this game is a fight, a big brawling green bar meets red bar and stays there for a change, kind of fight. I'm tired of whining about "hordes" or playing the victim, and if you guys can help bring on the fight that's all right in my book.  In my perfect world, that's all I would find each time I logged on.

See what's happened here is that a very long thread, which is probably long since ignored by many, yet still going, has erupted into a new thread for all our viewing pleasure.

The thing is, the other thread was aparently winding down in a somewhat apologetic truce...  Soo...  Now we have this?

Okeee... I have read 2 posts by pacman and I have yet to understand what on earth he is talking about in either one.   So what  I gather here: you have flown with lute for 6 years, you like him, and you are saying "Hi".

I have no problem with this, now Lute says hi and adds you to the squad roster.  Is there something more I am missing?  Because this post is awfully long just for that  =)

You're a "VET" yet you can't spell nor  have any knowledge of posting on the HTC BB?

btw, None of what you have said in all 8 posts you've got so far has made any sence.

This is just another perfect example of why NOT to do acid.
