And somebody doesn't get it.

Why, oh why would they change it and make the P-38 even more special and gamey than it already is? HiTech long ago descibed what would happen if he changed the auto-retract code. The flaps would simply be destroyed at 251mph.

wouldnt mind them getting locked, would take some more skill to use em. Its one of those skills you get using most other sims that doesnt get transfered. I think things like this should be universal.

I still have all the photoshop files files for these. So If he doesn't kick any out - I'll do these as soon as the layering convention is known to me. Some of them I'd like to clean up a bit, and resize some

Actually, it is you that doesn't seem able to grasp it. Oh well, some people are just more simple than others I guess.

That placard is in the original P-38. Maybe that's why it is there.

How would having to watch your speed closer to avoid damaging your flaps be 'gamey'?

You should be able to keep them out if needed.

I think they would probably make 265 or so before the stress was too much.

Be nice to make it random between 250 and 265ish. Then either have them lock up or rip off.?.? Who knows might be interesting...
