Score Question (not as dumb)

What, if anything, does ditching do to you score/ranking/kill-to-death count?

Note: I don't give a crap about my score, as can plainly be seen by looking at it   I was just wondering.)

Hi there!

I do not think at all that this is a dumb question. I must admit, that im a newbie to online-flightsims and especially to this one. And up to now i couldnt figure out how this whole score things really works. For example the kill-to-death ratio: in my scores-table there is a number of kills and a numer deaths - but just by dividing these two i dont get the ratio that is shown.

Well, i would be thankful if someone could tell me why and how what outcome of a fight affects scores in which way.

umm I think that it follows this order:

RTB safe: 100% points
Ditch: 75% points
Bail:  50% points
Capture/death: 25% points

Or some like that.

K/D ratio is:

Kills/(Deaths+1). the +1 is added because if you havent been killed , it would be a Divide-by-zero.

Also rmemeber than Bails,captures and discos counts as deaths regarding K/D ratio.
