I would have agreed, as it does look very much like CA45.  Until you notice the lack of 5" guns.  The Wichita had 8 of them.  This has to be a Brooklyn class light cruiser (what the Wichita class was based on).  It also had 3 triple 8" guns, but lacked the 5" guns.
