I, I love the colorful clothes she wears
and the way the sunlight plays upon her hair.

I hear the sound of a gentle word
on the wind that lifts her perfume through the air.

well, she took her daddy's car and went through the hamburger stand now
seems she forgot all about the library like she told her old man now
and with the radio blasting she goes cruisin' just as fast as she can now
and she'll have fun fun fun 'til her daddy takes the T-bird away.

What a drag it is getting old.

"Kids are different today,"
I hear ev'ry mother say
Mother needs something today to calm her down
And though she's not really ill
There's a little yellow pill
She goes running for the shelter of a mother's little helper
And it helps her on her way, gets her through her busy day
Democracy is two wolves deciding on what to eat. Freedom is a well armed sheep protesting the vote.

First car I ever drove.

My Dad's 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury

383 Super Commando

4spd

3.23 Suregrip

(This is not the car, but a similar one)

MOPARRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

And they're coming to take me away ha-haaa
They're coming to take me away ho ho hee hee ha haaa
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young men
In their clean white coats
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa

Take the last train to Clarkesville,
And I'll meet you at the station.
You can be there by four thirty,
'Cause I've made your reservation.
Don't be slow, oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!

'Cause I'm leaving in the morning
And I must see you again
We'll have one more night together
'Til the morning brings my train.
And I must go, oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!
And I don't know if I'm ever coming home.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
