Well, it certainly looks like there are many in USA that wanted it to be branded as murder. Taking it to the extreme, that might end up in the a centence of death.

Or, I might be wrong? Just putting the 2 extremes against eachother, Iranians kill a girl for premartial sex, and if abortion in USA would be ruled as murder, USA would do virtual the same thing?

Please, get me straight on this issue, weaselsan. I might have missjudged or missunderstood it. Let me have your view.

No you are wrong. No time in the History of the U.S. has there ever been a law making abortion a Capitol Crime. No one has ever been executed for aborting a fetus. I personally believe that a baby in the womb is a human being and should be protected by law, the same as any human. We have laws against the killing of a fetus by a third person. California just sentenced a man to death for killing his wife and his "Unborn Son Conner". He was found guilty of two counts of first degree murder.
