Something is wrong with my game

I get an error when i first push on the aces high icon to start the game...the error i am getting says this "initialization failed with -3" and under that it says "MainGrid_Failed-3"
What does this mean and how can i fix it????

Please help thanks/

We need some more information before we can help you.

When\what version of the game are you trying to set up?

What are your system specs?  CPU/RAM/Video card etc.

What OS and version of Direct X are you running?

I was trying to do this yesterday and im trying to update the newest one 1.04 i think.
300mhz PII;112mb RAM; Voodoo 2 1000; Windows95; directx 7.0a...now can you help me???

Shotter,
Go into your HTC\Aces High\Settings folder and delete the video.cfg file. When you restart the game it will prompt you to pick your video resolution and color density. With the card you have dont choose anything higher than 1024X768 and 16 bit color. In fact you should try 800X600 first. I beleive what you are getting is a video initialization failure.
