Wtg you guys!

The sky...the planes streaming fire and smoke, the shattered structures burning instead of just a column of fire, so much..great job!

The really great thing about this release is that it is probably just a glimpse of what is to come.

I'm really impressed..incredible job HTC.

Agreed the "feel" of this virtual world we play in has improved significantly, colours(lighting?), horizons, clouds etc all seemed to have been tweaked very much for the better.

Love the clouds

I flew over some farm scape and wondered if the tree/bush object layout had been upgraded?

Engine exhaust and tyre effects are neat.........

I have trouble spotting the enemy so I dont notice the shell casings!

just waiting for some beaches!

Judging by the screenies and such, it seems it's worth investing a couple bucks every month ;) Looks like things have progressed well since the initial release of AH2.

I can't say enough about the new version. Even with my old card, I only lost about 15-20FPS, but the effects are incredible. It's killing my gunnery, but I love it. Great job HTC.

Nice work done on the eye candy, visual extras and overall smoothing out of things.

I popped in recently on a borrowed acct to see what all the hipe was about. Not saying I'm going to run out and reopen an acct, but it's nice to see the game not staying in a stalemate.

One thing that might be a consideration to add or re-work would be some kind of weather effects. I've heard this brought up many times in the game and in the forums.
Seems no matter what time you log in to play, it's always sunny bright with a couple of white clouds?
I remember in AH1 there was not only night time, but cloudy overcast, almost dark rainy looking weather at times. Just a nice change once in a while over bright sunny light 24hrs day.

Nice job so far on the rest:aok

p.s. still disappointed you haven't added the Wirbelwind and Sherman, maybe next patch huh
