I think it's a great sign. The thing I worry about is assination of the new President.

yeah looks like hamas is gaining power over there and I doubt they like the idea of him negotiating with Isreal.

Perfect word: Abbas and Sharon meet settlements issue comes to a agreement,
PLO stops terror activities, general peace in the area

Real world: Fighting continues because of hamas' continued popularity, Sharon adopts a hardline stance against all incursions.(I get racalled)

I personaly would prefer the perfect world scenario but crap in one and and wish in the other see what is fuffiled first
