AH Film Viewer locks up.
« on: January 30, 2005, 03:04:53 PM »
Anyone else having this problem? The moment I shoot in a film I am watching, it locks up. XP wants to send a "error report" to Microsoft.

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks Dextry, at least I am not alone.

I will look in the Tech Support forum for threads about it.

Yup, same here DD. I get about 3 minutes into a film when it happens.

Here's a question for you guys... does it seem to lock up when you get within an LOD change of one of the newer planes, like a B-24 for instance?

I used a P-47D-11 and it locked up... at 2:30 into it, it had one of nopoops skins on, if that helps.

i get this too.

after carefull study i have concluded that the film viewer does not support the new hit sprites.

locks up only when i hit another plane.
And I don't know much, but I do know this. With a golden heart comes a rebel fist.

Yeah, read in a thread on another forum and it's the hit sprites. In the announcement forum Pyro said it'll be fixed...but not until 2.03:(
