FX 5200- Latest/Best Drivers?

Running an FX5200 256 AGP card on an Asus A7n8x-x mobo with an  AMD xp2400+, 512mb (pc2700 ddr?) RAM, running WinXP pro.

I'm playing around with some different drivers trying to get a bit better perf, and I noticed nvidia's released several sets of drivers since I last updated. I also noticed a few people in various forums voicing complaints about the newer drivers.

Since I've built this box (bout a year ago), I've had the 53.03, 56.72, and omega's 'tweaked' 53.03 drivers. Since this seems to be a fairly common card, I thought I'd check to see if anyone's had problems with the new drivers, or if a particular prior version worked better, or if the new drivers were better, etc.

Your feedback/advice/flames are appreciated.

I had that same card and I got the best results with 41.09. Some time after AH 2.0  that driver stopped working and I moved up to 53.03, anything higher than that I lost about 8-10 FPS. I tried the Omega drivers and did not see any improvement from nVidia's 53.03, though I saw no disadvantages. Later I got an FX5950 and saw the same thing. I only recently moved up to Omega's 61.77 based driver because that is the best one for my new 6800. Hope this helps ya some.
