I did't watch it either but my guess is that if you're fat, you get an F. If you're anorexic, you get an A. If you're chubby, you get a C. Etc.

Texas wants to grade your kid size/weight ratio as an another regular class. You will end up with an "F" in your records because you are fat.

Maybe they should just excute you because you don't have blue eyes and golden hair.

This reminds me of our new Sheriff. In his first interview he stated all new hires would have to pass "strict physical requirements". He failed to mention his chief deputy is 5'9" and weighs over 400lbs.

Nutrition should be taught at schools, not this crap.

However one could say this law really isnt much differnt than grading PE classes, I know for a fact that fat out of shape kids god bad grades in our PE classes.  They were essentially graded on their weight and physical shape.

its up for vote in Albany too.

Schools banned dodgeball in Western New York because it was discrimitory aganst heavy kids. So now we play ball dodge instead.
