I can attest to that!
But the Dora wouldn't out turn an A but it sure could regain speed faster than the As and could maintain speed better meaning it could stay longer at corner speed than their predecessors. It had more available HP at the altitudes the As were hypoxic and was more streamlined.
No the 190A8 cannot out turn an A5 , at least in Ah it can't.
