It's been said we have three brains, one cobbled on top of the next. The stem is first, the reptilian brain; then the mammalian cerebellum; finally the over developed cerebral cortex.  They don't work together in awfully good harmony - hence ax murders, mobs, and socialism.

That's nothing compared to a recent case in sweden where a bankrobbery was being investigated by the same police officer who robbed the bank.

After several months of investigations they concluded:

A) The bank had less money after it was robbed, but now has more money than before.

B) Apparently the robber escaped

C) The cloaked person waving the gun in the surveillance video MAY be the accused robber.

What did the officer do? Turned himself in. :rofl

"The Dutch prosecutors' service said yesterday that the judge had followed sound legal precedents."

"You can compare criminal acts to normal business activities, where you must invest to make profits, and thus you have costs."

That's the Dutch government's position..

Heh I always knew the dutch were crazy. What was the name of the free town where you can use dope legally?

Go smoke pot into a cafe..

But this really isn't the only ridiculous decision lawyers and lawmakers ever did. I have a strong feeling that things are going in a direction where criminals have way more freedom AND rights compared to ordinary people.

Well, you can smoke pot pretty freely in most countries in Europe, but you have to grow it yourself or buy it from criminals. The Dutch actually try to regulate it unlike most other countries. The other countries are pretty hypocritical IMO.

Like I said, pretty freely in most countries. I don't know where you are from so I can't comment on that. At least they're doing something to address the 'problem' there.
