Recommend ACM Tutorial websites

Preferably historical and visual-orientated, with most of the acronyms explained. Most of the sites I found concern modern ACM, which has a bit differend tactical issues.

Go here for a wide range of articles that address simulator air combat:
 http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/air_combat/air_combat.shtml

You will find some that focus specifically on AH...others that are more general in nature.

Don't be too concerned about what era an article is based on. Air combat maneuvers have not changed much since WW1. Weapons employment obviously has but in many cases the real difference only lies in weapon ranges...for example, when it comes to setting up an attack, a HO in AH is not conceptually different from a BVR missile shot in Falcon4.
