I Can Help You
« on: November 28, 2001, 04:40:00 PM »
If you are new or having problems and you see me online, feel free to ask for help.  You can just ask questions or we can wing up and you can get some on-the-job training.  I know how to do most things in the game, but my expertise is fighter-bomber and air superiority flying.  I'm not an official trainer these days but still willing to help.

I'd like to wing with you. I've been flying sims forever and AH for about a year.

I'm certain that I've developed some bad habits. It would be nice to have someone take a look at 'em and help me correct.

I've been hovering at 1.0 to 1.5 K/D for as long as I can remember. Obviously, I'm not fighting smart.

I fly Bishops, almost every night.  Come on over!   :)

BTW 1.5 is not bad.  If you can do that flying "not smart" then you should be able to triple it by applying a few rules of engagement/disengagement.

# 1 rule of engagement/disengagement:
Fly around at 25k,looking for an ally who's fighting an enemy and has 4 other enemies on his six, dive in and kill the doomed ,pinged enemy with your ubercannons.  This will steal the kill from your ally, and you can zoom back up to your perch while the gang slaughters your "countryman".

Raub,

It seems not to be sarcasm as much as bitterness.

By the way I will honor Funkedup's offer if you happen to be flying for the honorable and proud Knights, instead of the lowly team Funked has chosen to give his allegiance to.  :D
