poor sad, angry and envious little zulu.... now that he is gone (from his own thread)  we can continue...

Some of the Korean stuff is "mildly corrosive"  primers were all pretty clean by the late fifties but still had some salts in em.   I just clean the gun after no matter if they swear it is "non corrosive"

yeah zulu is a fool and he will be back, he just doesnt get that we do not care what he thinks.

The 30-06 stuff I got was all in clips, a few rounds had spots of corrosion but it all shot fine, lol my only compliant was just about every clip had one round that was not seated and I had to pop it out and back in to get the clip to feed.

not one round out of over 300 in a day  misfired!

If you don't care what he thinks, why did you read his thread in the first place?

Yes, you have. It certainly appears that your personality leaves much to be desired and that when you make that point, it's made as sharply as the point on top of your wittle head.

Thank you!

This is something I don't really understand. To me, saying a primer is "mildly" corrosive would be like saying your girlfriend was "mildly" pregneant. It either is or isn't, but at any rate I clean everything after use regardless.

Awwww, come on Toad - personal insult? Not your style, old bean. Zulu's only expressing his opinion, and he did it without naming any names at all. I think this was a little uncalled for. :(

Just bought a Taurus 24/7 in 45ACP. Feels sweet in the hand. Couldn't pass it up as Taurus has them on sale for about $200 off. Thing holds 12+1 and with enough safety features to actually carry it with the +1. Never done that before. Traded in the first pistol I ever bought, a Ruger P85 9mm, so I ended up paying squat for it.

Now who has a copy of that "sucking up to people to make freinds book" I can borrow as I've no where close to go plinkin? I don't know where its cool and where its not. People are funny about that stuff these days.

poor little zulu... no self control at all... he promises to leave the thread but then posts one more time and then...  one more time.   Adding?  adding nothing.

If you don't like guns then why start a thread about em and why get angry when the men on the board start talking about guns...

Isn't there a good chick flick on that you can go to?

talking trash about rednecks because they like their guns and hunting is rediculous. I myself enjoy the full season of Bow Hunting, Rifle Hunting, and Small Game hunting for pheasant. I use my classic Over and Under Wichester 12 Guage 3 inch mag with #6 shot for Pheasants. My dog is a german short hair and she really gets on point unbelievably. I have 1 M1 Garand, quite a few different shotguns of different guages. I also have an M14 and a mini-14. Along for Bow hunting i have a HoytUSA Razortec shooting 45/60 carbon arrows with 100 Grain Cut on Contact G2 Montec Broadheads. I also enjoy a day's worth of Bass fishing in the Boat my father bought last year, a Nitro 2003 21 footer with an Opti-Max 225 HP motor and a 12 thrust trolling motor on the front. Thank you, Have a Great day.

Well i guess the redneck in me got the best of me yesterday. Shot 250 rounds of 38 super in my new STI blaster mostly steel targets. Then took out the savage 22.250 and shot 100 rounds at 450 yards steel target and had a blast. Funny the redneck that i was talking to brought out his son to shoot around was president for Dell. I guess that viper he was driving is a dodge!

I have a friend that lives in Montana that has "shoots" every Memorial Day weekend. He brings out the fun stuff like the BAR, Thompson, 50 cal., WWII flamethrower, etc. He even has a fully functional WWI French tank with ammo for the main gun. 2 Stuart tanks, a command car and a M-8 are among this other toys.

Now those are fun guns!

:aok
