Not afraid of commitment

Howdy all,
Just a quick question, where do I go to change the squad commit level, and what is the penalty for not reaching min. commit for the week? Is there a safe buffer, say if I up the commit to 7-10 and only 6 show up what happens?

You go here to update your squad information.
http://events.hitechcreations.com/squadops/index.php
Problem is you do this at the beginning of each Squad Ops by clicking on sides requests. In that you would update any squad numbers. This information is then e-mailed to the CM's who do the actual updating of squad numbers. We do it this way to keep everyone honest.
Choices are:
4-6
7-10
11-15 and so forth.

Squads have a range of +2 or -2 for each range. So a squad that choose 4-6 they could show up with as few as 2 pilots and be ok or as many as 8 and not be over.

Squads that fall outside of the +2 and -2 have some serious points taken from the side they are flying for. If it is a chronic problem for a squad I remove them from Squad Operations.

Hope that helps. :)
