Just reading it now........

Amazingly, after reading the first 2 chapters, I've applied the principles for 2 days now at one of the restuarants I go to for lunch.... they all know me by name all of a sudden.

yeeep interesting book i read it some... years... ago... dammm probably 8 years ago for a first time.

Its also quite funny to reconize someone who read it and whos trying hard

A restuarant manager can be a good ally.

Or a customer service rep.... or a bartender... or a better motivated assistant... or a.......

Its a great read, I havent read it in a couple years...I might just dig it up and read it again. I've been re-reading the Yeager biography and am almost thru that (his second books was...well, yawn)
