Go to the IRS website, Turbotax is being offered for free, and yes, it does state tax too.

Bunch, you've obviously never danced with the IRS. You know they get a copy of those 1099's, too. Tell ya what, you omit some reported income. You will become well aquainted with the term "penalties and compound intrest". You don't want to listen to me, then listen to Lizking.

When are you going to stop this one word answer bullshirt? And why does it say "persona non grata" as member type for ra? Here, I'll make it easy for you so you only have to give a one word answer. [list=1]
  • Because I'm a smart alec
  • Because I got banned, but now I have a new ISP/new IP address so HTC doesn't know who I am
  • You're wrong - I'm not ra
There, that should cover it. Now all I need from you is a one word answer 1, 2 or 3 (you can spell out the words if you want, assuming you don't do numbers).

I can't be 100% certain you're ra of course, but I have a 90% hunch.

this year i just got in the mail some 1099 DIV form from some BS thing at my company called the "XXXXXXX street retiree services for XXXXX dividend"

it says i got a dividend of $19.50 some time last year (which is BS i never got anything like that)

my question is: can i still fill out the EZ form?

if because of a dumb $19.50 i now have to pay some H&R block fugr money to do my returns im gonna be one PO'd MOFO big time.

This may not be PC but ignore it. File your EZ. Tip, if your discrepancy is not going to pay for the audit investigation, the probability of an audit is extremely low. Friend of mine used to be an auditor for California's State Board of Equalization.
They have much bigger fish to fry.
LOL, can you imagine the auditor explaining to his boss how he wasted resources to get an extra five bucks in taxes?
