Baltic Map, A39, will show in the strat display that radar and troops are disabled. But last night I noticed that although the radar was supposed to be disabled, the radar ring was active on the clipboard and the enemy icons were showing as normal.
The troops/supplies also showed disabled. But when I brought up an M-3 in the hangar, the warning box saying troops/supplies were not available did not appear. I spawned and was able to capture V40.
I don't know if the other strats like fuel and ammo are affected too.
