Sounds like you could use one as well

Come give me one when ever you feel the urge.  Let me know when you'll be in Miami.  My friend is Canadian and I should have said $6000.00 Canadian dollars which is a little less than US dollars.  So the answer is Canada.

I think you missed it Nash, you should not be objecting to the thought that one can live in Canada for 6000, it's that Canada is in "this country".

If you triple the 6 grand, you'd be just over the poverty line in New Brunswick.

Try living in the far southern part of Illinois.  Nothing but farms and a few scattered factories to make money from, other than prisons and fast food joints.  The poverty line there is right around 12,000 per year, and I've lived on half of that more years than I want to remember.  Still managed to have a decent place to live (not real nice, but it wasnt a mobile home park either) and while I cant say the vehicles I owned were anywhere near new (except for 2) I almost always had wheels.  Hell, the years I made 10 - 12k I was doing good!

I thank God every day for where I'm at now and the fact that I'll be able to show my son there's more to the world than that.  But believe me, there are plenty of people in this country right now getting by on less than 10k per year without assistance.
