In all honesty I think this would run alot smoother by having someone who ultimatly makes the decisions. And who both works with and has a say over team captains.

Another topic open for discusion tho. I hope.

I like shawks idea, but it would would work better to have a rough plane set for each side also.

Hopefully Redd, any 'weenies' will get shown up very fast ;)

but yes, i agree, the main thing is about the formation attack scenario.

We could have formation attack rounds, followed by capture the flag with a specific leader.

In the spirit of the game, i'd say no to the moderator, but yes to just two team captains who control each side. nobody is going to want to organise one and not fight, surely. I think we're old enough to agree in sportsmanship when we've won or lost the game. If a captain gets shot down the team can no longer up or something..

anyone who is interested go to the furball underground forums.

I  think the plane choices should be fixed - ie 1 in all in - each side flys the same plane  eg  Spit v 109 , jug vs 190 , 51 vs yak etc etc or - interesting matchups, either that or both sides fly the same plane. Mix up a bit of both.

Throw in a  free choice (no perks) round and you probably have a good mix.

I got 2 kills in that (yes flyboy, your spit go BOOM!), bore n zoom tempest finally got me!

I have to agree with whatever means necessary to stop the weenies from dooing just this.  Everyone came in to fight Lute came in with his Tempest to cherry pick.  I think this goes against what we are trying to do here.  I thought that was poor form in this venue.  If you want to Bore and Zoom you can go to the MA.

I think an alt limit is necessary as well, so you don't get the guys just climbing to 20k and hovering over a field.  Maybe the cap has to be maintained without going 5K AGL.

Honestly the whole point is to create a furball environment not a vulch fest, so the end game should be made as hard as possible so the fur can stay in the middle.
