I have a suggestion that may improve the users experience here somewhat.
Could we have a permanent locked sticky thread that is updated by HTC staff only.
Identified bugs can be simply listed there and removed when it seems appropriate to HTC. Requests for more information or films can be placed there if required.
This would allow people to come in and identify that the bug has been already notified. Case in point reference the bomber flap bug in current version - at least 3 threads on it.
A version of this system worked ok during open public beta so why not stick with a good thing?
