So do I Heater, one of the best out so far. Pity they had to go the "monsters" way later on in the game, I enjoyed the 1st parts against human AI better.

There's not many addons that are worth anything either, too bad.

I played the demo but was ambivalent about paying full price for the game. Is it worth the money?

Very nice outdoors graphics, a good part of the game fighting other AI human oponents (+/-50% 'monsters'?). Good story, should be cheap now, so yes. I''d say it's worth it.

Hi Moose, yep from the beginning when the game was supposed to have dinosaurs. I made the 'River' map among others.

I played it. Was a way different FPS than most, you could hide in brush and it actually worked. (OFP did it too, but it still had issues that allowed the AI to see you through walls) The graphics were nice, except the monsters were pretty piss poor. The simian mutant's eyes had the look reminiscent of someone forcefully sitting down on a bike without a seat. I never did finish the game, I got to probably the last level and then the sound went all crap on me. Maybe I'll put it back on my system and retry playing through.

And multiplayer was crap for me. I could empty entire clips point blank into someone and there would be no result.

Disable EAX when you get to the volcano levels.

How exactly do you know how one looks like after " forcefully sitting down on a bike without a seat" ?

Gorgeous graphics for sure -- love that stunning water.  Just started so it will take me forever to get out of kindergarten.  But already seems worth $20 at CompUSA.
