I'll take "a" please.
Lol, I have oatmeal, a piece of whole wheat toast and a glass of OJ for breakfast during the week, and scrambled eggs, toast, three or pieces of canadien bacon and an OJ on the weekend.
Not concerned about a "tofu" diet, just a little bit more about bp and cholestrol. 2 years ago I decided this and it didn't take more than a three week adjustment period to go from a JB73 diet to my current diet. Too boot, I have lost weight, by bp is back to normal and my cholestrol is way down, all because of diet and I exercise regularly. oohh, the bad e word, but I count skiing, hiking, and walking in to fly fish as good forms of exercise.
So, I know I will die someday, but I am not going to die as fast as I was before because of poor diet.
