Unless it is absolutely necessary Mickey D doesn't mix horse meat in with the ground beef.

Geez....If you can't eat horse how can you eat beef?

I think the horse sausage is pretty good. I haven't tasted it any other way, but it's probably just fine in steaks too..

Horse is OK - can be little bit tough, Dog is a bit sweet tasting for me, but it's a warming winter food like lamb or mutton.

My personal favourite was the Zebra steak I ate in Kenya. Eland was pretty tasty too, but I didn't go much on the Giraffe!

:aok

Don't believe me!

Best way to eat horse is raw. Ba-zashi, oishii!
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB

I don't think I would knowingly eat horse or dog unless I was starving.    Both of these groups of animals have too much personality and intelligence (not to mention virutes like loyalty and bravery) for me to feel OK about consuming.

I'm a little disturbed about the BLM's apparent plan to eradicate the wild horses from America's western states in deference to ranching interests, too.
