Great...another naval picture....umm...ummm ...no idea.

Must be a training ship of some kind unless it's the finest battleship in the fleet circa 1860..lol.

What is the monument in the back ground?
Lets start with the flag. It looks like a spanish flag to me. But the Spanish navies training ship isnt rigged like that. That monument looks kind of spanish too. Dont know why.

I don't know, maybe.  Portholes don't look big enough and no trim down the side of the freeboard above those portholes.
