I don't know why you're surprised. He's already admitted being a troll. Now that he knows for sure that straiga can be traced it's no fun for him.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Quote from Golfer, second page of this thread I believe.

Anyway...I get a kick out of everyone here and honestly this started out partly a troll because I was quite happy that I got to see his pilot certificate which showed many type ratings. DC-10, (727 and DC-9 as well if I recall correctly) 767 and among others. I must say I hooked a stringer full.

Do this do it for ya Bodhi?

He really had no other reason to try and defend straiga, he just wanted to continue to stir the pot.

hehe, he did a good job, but either he is a liar too, or straiga made up a fake certificate.

The funny thing is there are no type ratings listed.... and his ATP was issued 07/30/2002.  This guy is a liar.  You pull up ANYONE with a type rating and it shows.

Well, Golfer just lumped himself into the same boat in my book, a liar.

I wasn't fibbing when I said he had DC-10, 767, and the other type ratings.  They filled the bottom of the certificate.  There were some easy ones (B767, DC10) and others I didn't recognize and assume to be helicopters.

Calling me a liar doesn't sit well because I don't feel as though I have been lied to.  Thus far, any statement Straiga has made to me has been proven true.  I don't care whether or not about a general for a father if you want that get it yourself.

I haven't addressed anything of that sort because I haven't asked.  I won't make up stories, I won't make a guess and I won't give out personal information.

Send me an email with a name...so far there isn't one.  I've seen his certificate, address, ratings/limitations and type ratings.  They're there.

This next line is going to get quoted though:
Nobody here has really been lied to either.  You find some discrepencies in statements but so far you have verified nothing.  He hasn't posted to say yes or no.  You're sitting back and thumping your chests because he's silent.  That doesn't mean he's lying.  It means he's being silent.  Approach him...I've said it before...he does have the ability to prove things and god forbid you actually ask him.

That's as far as I'm going to take things.  All things that may have been in question that I saw as a show stopper (ATP cert, type ratings, LOA) have been proven.  I stood up for those things because I thought them true and they are.  I'd do the same for anyone here and can honestly say I haven't told a lie and will sleep quite well.

Besides...what could you you say I've lied about anyway?  I'd gladly clear anything up, though I have tried quite hard to be objective and up front regarding anything I might be asked to verify.

lol When you you cant back up the lies tell them the truth about other stuff and hope they go away. lmao Golfer thought you were done with this thread? Your boy straiga is really just hanging you out to defend his name. Which is ruined. Now you are starting to get one from side-steppin. Tell your boy to answer up or you both should be quiet. No one cares about his ratings, no one cares about his nice attitude.  WE WANT P51 INFO, And HIS DEGREE! Both he spouted his mouth off about. The people demand satisfaction.

BTW Golfer, you never answered Toad about middle initial A...

Guess you forgot about that.  Ohh, I also guess you "forgot" that we do not give a rats poop about his ATP cert.  The only things I care about are:

A:  HIS P-51 LOA  and 500 hours in it.

B:  The N # from the Mustang his Dad owned.

C:  His graduating class from Pensecola.

Those three statements are what is at issue here... some others want to see proof of the Aernautical Engineering Degree, but I could care less about that.

Ohh, and one more thing, no matter how you slice it, he lied about his father.  He also stated that he had 7k hours in rotorcraft, then went back and edited that out.  Your boy's track record on telling the truth is pretty bad.

As for calling you a liar, I apologise that I lumped you into the same boat as he.  I thought you were trolling and just lying about the rest.

I change it to that you are incredibly naive if you expect this to go away without those three issues above being addressed.

Didn't see the middle initial.  How bout all the initials.

I don't have all the answers about him.  I didn't look for his degree or ask.  I didn't know to ask about Pensacola and don't have an answer.   I didn't see a name for the P-51 but it is not unreasonable to think it might not have one.  You should all be smart enough to know that they're not all dolled up to represent some famous war veteran airplane.

I saw his pilot certificate and type ratings and that's all I was after.  I will still say that after meeting him I don't have any reason to doubt him and I haven't been lied to regarding anything I've asked him.  If he is kosher on working for the airline, his certificates and ratings and has info on the P-51...I am going to give the benefit of the doubt on the rest.  You don't have to, and it is clear you're not going to.  I will say that I'm going to say it's probably true because everything else in question has turned up kosher.

A note...
I don't know but I wouldn't see why you couldn't have certain things omitted from the federal airmen registry.  I haven't looked into it at all but I know there are some people I know who hold commercial and instructor ratings that don't show up in the database.  I've seen his paper, and it was kosher.
