How many people here can say they have had a dog fight in a P51 against the man who wrote the book Air Combat tatics and manuvering.

Golfer: This is why straiga Is getting so much crap. The above statementonly applies to one person, and he has never used it to back up any claim or discusion to try prove a point.

Some people let the arguement it self prove the topic at hand. Others when confronted with not understanding an issue, only recorse is to try change the argument to mine is bigger than yours. Straiga when ever confronted with facts also resorted to mine is bigger than yours. Only he had to keep making up fake biggers to continue on.

When straiga started doing that, it then did become a point to be investigted.

Golfer: How you treat people is entirely up to you. Your perseption people is yours alone.

But do not expect other people to have your view point. And if you wish to try convinse them of your view point. Expect them to try show you theres at the same time.

Thats what is going on since the issue started.

Well because Straiga demanded proof from everyone else:

Also tell me when you last flew a multi-engine and when did you get your liscence. I have told you my experiences, how about you lets here.

Im I the only one here with a multi-engine certificate and have actual 4 engine flight experience, also 3 engine flight experience and 2 engine.

If you cant respond because you dont hold a multi-engine certificate. This will inform me that you have no formal experience in the subject matter. Physics on paper is one thing flying the plane is different. Statements like the above quote proves this fact.

Looks to me that 35 has taken up the trolling motor from golfer.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Read the posts again.  I'm not getting my ATP.  If you (Kegger) can't get little details right how do you know that you're on the right page.

I'm in Las Vegas at ATP at the CFI diploma factory.  Staying in a crummy apartment having to walk to the airport...yay.

There's more than enough info on these BBs alone that will tell you I'm not qualified for my ATP in TT and age.  That's it.

I have flown a "warbird" and posted photos.  I've sat in a P-51 and gone vroom vroom.  I flew in (and did not claim to have time) Texas Raiders.  I also drive a piece of junk car.  Straiga drive's a nice 2004 blue one.

Golfer? No comment on "who he is?

Middle initial "A" doesn't ring a bell?

Want me to post the issue date on his ATP? His FE? Want me to tell you what I find odd about those?

Want me to post his address? Phone number? Parts of same?

Still think no one knows who Straiga is?

"What's his name" isn't the mystery. Whether or not he actually has 500 hours in a Mustang IS the mystery. I notice you carefully avoid making any comments about his PIC time in a P-51D, too.

Even JB35, his latest defender, studiously avoids the subject of actual P-51D time and instead gives us some weirded out fishing allegory about the one that got away. Did those 500 hours suddenly break the line and get away from the logbook?

Once again.. so maybe it'll sink in for you...

I really don't care about his ATP or type ratings. Like I said, pilots around this board are a dime a dozen.

You claim to be a 500 hour Mustang pilot around here while criticizing the game, I'm going to ask for bona fides. You, Straiga or anyone else.

As Mosq pointed out, Mr. Straiga himself has been most vocal about demanding other folks credentials.

Where is he now when his credentials are in question?

Golfer, you keep changing the terms of discussion.

Straiga says he has expert knowledge of Ponies because of extended flight time.

We want to know what plane he flew, which is simply NO PROBLEM if its true.

If it is not true, then his "special knowledge" does not exist and he's been lying the whole time.

This is not about his pilot certificates, his personality, or your credentials. He claims to be an expert, and the community wants to see if he can be believed.

Period.

Who cares about whether the guy flys for an airline. We want proof of his p51 time. The fact that he doesnt post anymore proves he was full o (#&%. His lies got bigger and bigger until they spiraled out of his control. When a person tries to use their resume to prove they are right, they better be prepared to produce some crudentials to back it up.  I could care less how nice a guy he is or what kind of friggin car he drives that means zilch. Golfer quit sticking up for this dweeb. He has tarnished his image and if he is such a good guy he would provide proof on this BBS to back you up. But I see he is leaving you out to dry...

Cobra, I ran the name thru the AF computer search for Reg and Guard Generals and turned up.... no match.

cc Toad.  I was just wondering.  Being in the F-15 world he wouldn't be hard to track if he were active duty or guard.  If he went through F-15 training he would have been at 1 of 3 bases.

Now I do know that there are instances where an aircrew may not go through one of those units to get trained.  One is if he had gone through the TPS school which would qualify him on the airframe.  We qualify Navy crews on our birds and we have even qualified other nations pilots on our birds.  There is a chance he could get qualified at his duty station itself too.  The thing is there aren't many F-15 bases in CONUS.  He would have had to be in one of those squadrons to get qualified.

Plus being a 2 star and retiring from Nellis wouldn't make him hard to track.  There are only a few agencies on that base that would have had a 2 star.  2 stars also just don't get forgotten about when they leave a base let alone retire from that base.

Cobra,

The last name does not check with any retired Generals or Colonels.

I have checked with the academy to see if he (his father) was a cadet there (have not heard back as I left a voice mail with a friend there late this afternoon).  If he (his father) was an academy grad, then he will be receiving a few calls from some that care even more than those on this board about his son's lies.

Another thing is that I started plugging in the last name into the air force community out here.... there are a surprising number of retired air force pilots that are vietnam veterans out here, not a one has ever heard the last name either....

I also spoke with Jim Stewart today who is another retired air force pilot (F-15 driver) and he has never heard of the last name either...

All of this is pointing towards lies on the levels of Voss.  Sadly, either Voss got an ATP or we have another pathetic loser on our hands.
