Just a heads up in case you were not aware which is probably unlikely
My ISP Nildram tell me they tried to setup direct peering with Savvis, but they declined due to commercials.
Perhaps with them apparently focussing on commercials may explain some of the problems we seem to be experiencing with them.
That or i don't know what the hell i am talking about (very likely).
