How can I obtain the info about my video card.

If you're using Windows, go to control panel and click on DirectX then DxDiag and copy/paste the info here.

It doesn't work quite like that. Run "dxdiag" and let it load. Go to the Display tab and look under Device. Boosh.

When Skuzzy asks for a DXdiag output, he means to click the "Save All Information..." button, save it and either send the .txt to him or slap it here. It's useful for people like him to discover problems in your system.
