I assure you it's legal
as any Deadhead would know, some bands allow tapeing of thier live shows pretty routinely ... this is a P2P program that trades in these legal taped shows

they are well formatted in my experiance, and well doucumented for date played.

Have a look... lots off good bands not playing the corprate tool.
