Since the skins were re-introduced i am having a heck of a lot of screen studders and freezing. I gave it a while to see if it would settle down. I hasnt.

On the other hand I have had zero problems with lock ups etc. since the skins were put back into service. A couple of my squadmates have even noted that the game seems to be running smoother with this latest patch.

Now as for the ongoing vox problems.....

Mugz did you try downloading all of the skins then checking the preload skins box?

yes. Also deleted the Cashe folder and let it rebuild.
Graphic settings at Performance max as they have been since AH2 was released. Have (Disabled other skins).
