Now do not get me wrong I do want justice for the victims. I also want to protect rights of the accused. 0

My big problem is this: Let's say this guy did it. Next he gets some crazy Judge to rule he could not ever have had a fair trial becuase of what the news did. He gets off cause some lawyer can argue the jury pool was already predjudiced.

Well he must be guilty I saw it on TV.  

Wag the Dog. War is over I saw it on TV.

Just a little restraint is all I am asking. Am I crazy?

Why wouldn't they?  They guy admitted he was.  It isn't a charge now, it's news.

This was yesterday. No one really knows anything at this point. Cops are not talking.

Hell the guy could have come in with video tape and turned himself in, but what if he decides to recant  any confession he may or may not have made.

Sorry I just get a litle worked up over this stuff.  This should not be taken as a slam on FOX good coverage for the most part. It is just the station I was watching. AFAIK They all do this  CNN , ABC etc.  

Remeber the security guard guy  that CBS said was the  olympics bomber. Heck they already had that guy drawn and quartered.

You make the assumption that a potential juror will not be fair enough to listen to the trial and weigh the evidence on his own just because he saw a picture of the accused on tv with "killer" captioned beneath it?

My reaction to that pick would be..."well, we'll see, won't we?
