Remember when david letterman got a ticket in montna??

Well that was in a little town about 7 miles south of my house.  He made a big stink about it because he was busted for something like 28 in a 25.  Well the cop that did that was in the news again...  this time he killed a guy.

That could be an assumption. I didn't ask for either sarcasm or your assumption. I also was not addressing that question to you. I asked what his point was. BTW your proof that the cop is crooked is what?

car mfgs say speedometers can have up to a 10% error before they will warranty the speedo, thats why most cops will give you a least 5MPH over before they will stop you, and they should be looking for speeders not somebody a couple miles over, small town cops can be the exception (barny fife)

Just trying to make conversation, the cop is an arse hole, complete small mans syndrome.  Even though the guy he shot was drug dealing scum (meth).
