As the fight continued Rose was either knocked to the floor or fell with the man on top of him. The attacker pinned him to the floor and began beating Rose in the face and head.

Doesn't look like big-headedness to me....

I wasn't refering to the shooting, it was a legit shoot, any cop in his place would have done the same thing.  I have had many people tell me he is an arse.  In fact I have never had one person tell me they like him.
