i turned it from aplication preference to on at 6x

and wow talk about a difference it made.

I have a GeForce 5200 128MB PCI card.

2.2ghz celeron
80MB HD
512 MB RAM

would this anti alisasing work for me?

what would be the more practical way to get a graphical improvement, up the resolution from 800 by 600 to 1024 by 768 or to use the anti aliasing.

Right-click your background -> properties -> settings -> advanced -> and then it depends on your card from there. You should have some card-specific tabs.

Definately use anti-aliasing. Resolution won't get rid of the jagged lines.

ill give it a try, the question was mainly for which one is more efficiant procesing wise. got about 30 fps so i dont have alot to play with.

wow works wonders, and still holds good frame rate, i have it set for 4x, and there is something called temporal inti iliasing turned on as well, anyone know what this is?

also do games have to be compatible with anti iliasing? seems ah works alot beter with it visualy.

no more fuzzy stuff

i use 1024x768 and 6x for my aa.

havent noticed frame rate drops, but i only tried it offline and while editing the film i made....last night..but god it sure looks alot better.

what about your AF setting?

should that still be disabled?
