Last flight in CT for nxt 4-6 weeks
« on: March 01, 2005, 07:48:12 PM »
CT players,

Tonight will be my last flight for a bit, probably for the next 4-6 weeks.  I ended my active service in the Navy today after over 10 years, and will be starting the transition into the civilian world.

I have been accepted into a GS position back here in DC, but will take the 4-6 weeks for them to complete the paperwork.  During that time I will be headed home to be with the family, but will not be taking my AH computer with me.

I will still be able to surf the boards, so I won't be totally out of the loop :)

Seeya all when I get back....I WILL be back.

Congratulations Duke :) . Do what I did, throw an oar over your shoulder and walk inland until someone asks "what is that on your shouulder". When you hear the question you'll know you've walked far enough .

Cheers,

Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.
I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.
