I'm probably oblivious to something but why would you want a movie of a guy hitting a woman as an avatar? Seems in pretty poor taste.

That clip is from the British comedy "The Office". If I'm not mistaken, she's the boss of the puncher. I've only seen clips from the show but that's what I recall.
