I bought the "2 Iron" and "3 Iron" 18* and 21*
I got em from a shop here called Golf Etc. They were 79.00 a piece with Dynamic Gold S300 shafts.
They are from Wishon Golf.
http://www.rjclubmaker.com/TW321Li.htmI have played with them 3 rounds now. I hit the 2 iron much higher than my Cleveland long irons. My distance is about 230 max with the 2 iron and about 215 with the 3 iron. Thing is I get em in the air EASY. I mean I hit em like I used to in my "Younger" days.
ex. We have a par 5 at the club I belong to. 535 yrds. Now when I hit a GOOD drive I can have 5 or 6 iron to the green since it plays down hill some. The 2nd shot has to be hit pretty high if your on the right part of the fairway so you can carry some large cottonwoods on the bank of a river that runs in front of the hole.
It was into the wind the other day and I didn't hit it all that great off the tee. Not to mention the 3 inches of rain we have had. I hit the 2 iron from 215 into the wind and got it over the cottonwoods with room to spare and hit it in the middle of the green. Sat down and hardly moved.
I hit it on several of the tighter par 4's off the tee. The 3 iron is just as solid and I hit it just as high.
I hit my 3 wood about 250 or so , so this 2 iron has fit right into the scheme of my bag. I carry 3 wedges.
Hybrids are really nice and I am glad that I got em. It didn't take long hitting them that I got ove the "Old Man" feeling.
Give em a try. Hit a few different ones. I tried some demos in these and really liked them alot. They seem as solid as the sonartec's that I was thinking about getting.
If Vigay can carry a 7 wood and 9 wood....Who am I to argue.
