Under jowles, what do you mean, the bulges for the HMGs on the top of the cowling, or the fairings on the lower front, that is only on DB 605 D engined variants? (G-10 and K-4). Those latter are to cover the redesigned oil lines iirc, though some G-10 were built with the more finely shaped Typ 110 cowling, that doesn`t have these small bulges on each side of the lower nose.

The other (Morane) antenna you probably see under the left wing is for the Y-radioset - that was a radio guidance system to lead german fighters onto their target, afaik having some connection with the Y geraet used in 1940.
