Just wondering how many are having problems on the equinox map? I see FPS drop into the mid 50's at times . MY system is pretty good on most maps but this one really bogs it down at times . wondering how people with less of a system are doing . Heard alot of people complaining about it last night .my system is

AMD 64 3400+
X800 PRO
1024 MB pc 3200

1/2 my squad oddly.

JB42 and JB11 especially.

i can't figure anything out. i was unstable (fluxuated between 39 and 51 in the tower), but never the drop some are claiming.

Old RAM and motherboard I was getting a 30FR hit...new mobo and RAM I get a 25FR hit. Equniox is the hardest on my system. Personally, I think it's the terrain that screws up the FR...get higher and it smoothes out, get in a low fight near a base with 20 planes in the area and FR drops to 20 sometimes.

Drops of 20 or 30?

That happen to me I'd be running at 0fps.

When this map comes up, if I get into anything than a 1 on 1 near a field, fps goes to 15, if I am lucky. Throw VOX in the equasion and it becomes unplayable. Did not say a word to squadies while in the air last night.

Yup...lose 25 to 35 FPS w/ this map. And frankly I don't have enough to sacrifice as it is.

For what ever reason, this map looks like parts of Greece. If it is infact a flooded pizza, then the coincidence is scary

I flew it for the first time last night and it killed my frames very noticably. often down to mid 20s and lower near a base and town with no flame and very few cons.

2500 Athelon
ATI 9500 pro
512 megs of ram.

If I go anywhere near flames or fire, my FPS drops into nrgative numbers!
