Tomorrow at 0745 EST. I begin 4 most exciting hours of taking the new SAT test. Its harder and has new parts included, like a essay that must be written in 25 minutes. Well, if I screw this one up I can always take it again a few more times next year. I already took the PSAT and scored alittle over a 1600 on it. Gona take the ACT later this year, and already took the ASVAB and did really well on it. Im sure that my mind will be goo by the end, but Im happy to know Ive expanded my vocabulary with such words as haxxor, ghey, PWNED, ROTFLMFAO, and INconcievable.

How did you make over a 1600 on the PSAT?  You dont have much to worry about then, unless there is some new scoring system.  It used to be you got a score out of 80 for each part.

Also, if you haven't heard memorize the instructions for each section beforehand and then when you see them you know exactly what you're going to be doing.  Saves alot of time to actually do the problems instead of wasting 2 mins each on reading the instruction

BTW, I made a 1330 the 3rd time around.  Think clearly, get a GOOD rest(no studying its pointless), and go in there with a focused mindset.

Good Luck!:)

PSAT has 3 section worth 80 points each.  So he got a 160 with the 3 scores combined, translates to a 1600, but not really since there is no reading on the SAT.

Until they changed it and made it worth 2400 points.  More sections, outdated ones removed.

I was the last class (year) to take the 1600pt SAT.  I got a 1430 composite score.

old ACT tests (in the midwest at least) a 36 was the highest you could score.....

sadly my school that was all they offered, and many out of state schools require an SAT.

anyway, i score a 32, 2 in class scored 36, average was 29
I don't know what to put here yet.
